Just to make sure, are you trying to change your brand name to another?
If this is the case, please see the help page and look at the details under Policies for editing detail pages.
If you choose to re-brand a product, please refer to Amazon Brand Name Policy page for minor Brand name changes. Any major Brand Name change requests are considered re-branding and will not be supported. To protect Customer trust and ensure catalog quality, we ask that you create a new ASIN for the new product.
Typically, sellers that want to change a brand name of the ASIN will have to create a new product.
Would you please let me know if this is the issue you are running into or something different. If you have any case IDs with support please send me that as well so I can look into it.
