The contact person will receive all information and messages from Amazon.
They will be the ones that then have to react (if needed) to answer questions and handle problems.
In other words, that person will hold the entire future of your Amazon account in their hands.
They can help it survive OR they can destroy it with the click of a key on the keyboard.
Choose wisely!
