Hi all, I am a Spanish based seller selling in the USA.

I am currently being charged 21% VAT on my PPC.

My business address is registered to my home address in Spain, as our LLC we formed only has a virtual address in the US. So no utility bills etc.

Has anyone had a similar situation and if so how did you overcome paying the VAT? I am considering purchasing a physcial address in the US for my business but it is expensive so I would like to know all avenues open to me.
