Can't get into account because 2-step verification is linked to a phone # I don't have access to anymore
My phone # on another seller account is no longer in use and I can't get into it to cancel the account. Anyone know how to remove 2-step because I still have access to my email. Or is there any way around this to get into the account like validating identity, etc? Anyone actually successfully do it because it's been 2 months of unsuccessful Amazon support.

I understand that you have another account that you want to close, but you don't have access as the phone number provided is no longer active to complete the Two-Step verification.
To regain access to your account, you'll need to verify your identity by providing a scan or photo of a government-issued identity document.
Go to Two-Step Verification Account Recovery.
Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your identity document.
Refer to the Help page Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails for additional information.
