INVALID CHARGE METHOD
I have been trying to input my credit card for a few weeks now, but it always results in an "INVALID CHARGE METHOD" error. I even visited the bank office to have them check it, but they couldn't find any issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to access the help page and account health support to seek assistance due to the "INVALID CHARGE METHOD" error. This situation is greatly impacting our business and finances. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter.

I also have the same issue. I havent even been able to get setup to sell because its not been activated. I received an email requesting identity evidence such as a utility bill but there's nowhere to upload it as everything just brings me back to the page that says "invalid charge method"... They were able to charge my card the fee!

When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to Registration requirements by country.

It must be a true credit card, so no debit or pre-paid cards. Typically the credit cards you must apply for and receive approvals.

I've had this issue for seven weeks now and no one seems to care of want to assist. I have tried five different bank cards, a combination of debit and credit, all with the same address as my business and entity and nothing will work. I have spoken to the bank and done every single thing they have asked and am not further ahead. This is impacting my livelihood and Amazon just give me the same generic answers.

INVALID CHARGE METHOD is RUINING MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! I have someone who's willing to teach me to sell on Amazon but we have been stuck for months because Amazon REFUSES to accept any of my accounts. I am SO ANGRY right now. I've tried my VISA Green Dot card, Cashapp, everything. I'm going to be homeless because of Amazon and I will let EVERYONE know about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any progress on this yet? I think enough people are experiencing this to launch a class action lawsuit against Amazon. I have contacted Amazon every day since 4/7 and even had Discover on a three way call between me and Amazon to assure them my card is valid and valid internationally and all charges have been approved. If someone knows a good lawyer we should proceed.
