Compliance Issue - Unable to Attach COA for Blocked ASIN
Hi everyone,
I’m facing a compliance issue with my product (ASIN: B0CLPZD74P), which was recently blocked. I requested lab services, but the COA was not automatically attached on the backend, and now I don’t have an option anywhere to attach it. The edit option for this listing is also unavailable.
To try and resolve this, I created a new listing (ASIN: B0DDDNW5GY) and attached a similar COA on the backend. Although the ASINs are different, the product itself is identical, so I used the same COA. However, in the “Manage Your Compliance” section, I’m still not seeing any option to upload the document.
I’ve been opening new support cases every day for the past 20 days, but all I’m hearing is that Amazon will investigate and respond within 24 hours. Unfortunately, even my earliest case from 20 days ago is still awaiting a response.
If any Amazon support representatives are here, I’d appreciate it if you could review this issue and help resolve it.

You should only open 1 case and stick to that. Likely all these cases are just making things worse.
Another mistake. You should delete this ASIN and go back to the first one.
At this point you likely can't reopen any, cases concerning B0CLPZD74P, but should try.

Thanks for posting to the Forums. Do you have a most recent case ID that you could share for additional review?
As @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCVhas stated, please do not create multiple cases for the same issue, as that will create additional delays with the review of your issue. Additionally, you should focus on the original ASIN in order to have it reviewed by the team and not create more ASINs.
