Reaching out in the hopes that I can find someone that can help me. I have been an active seller of books on Amazon since Summer 2023. My account is in good standing with a health rating over 200, five star reviews, and over 800 books sold.

Recently, a customer reported that a used book that I had sourced from a bulk book auction and listed FBA on Amazon was not authentic. Amazon issued the customer a refund; however, I am not clear if the authenticity claim was ever verified. If the book was not authentic, it was not intentional. I take extreme care in the books I buy and send to Amazon.

Despite dozens of customer service contacts with Amazon and submitting all the supporting documentation I have (pictures of the book and receipts from the auction organization), Amazon continually replied that the documentation was not sufficient. The unique book in question is no longer listed, and I have documented responsibility for the issue. In additional efforts to be ungated, I have also purchased new books from a reputable supplier and provided the invoice without success.

How do I get ungated to sell books again? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

@ PixiePiks, thanks for the post. I would recommend taking a peak at the performance notification that was sent to you on March 6th. It will include all of the necessary steps you must take.
