Negative Feedback Removal

A customer left negative feedback on an order. After I contacted the buyer, they agreed to remove the feedback, but the customer doesn't know how to do it. I contacted support to remove the feedback and was told, "Requests to remove feedback must be submitted through Feedback Manager." However, I only received an auto-reply from Feedback Manager. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and found a resolution? Thank you.

For future use...
When in this situation -- let's say feedback obviously left for the wrong order -- your first contact to the buyer should include a link to the right page.
There is no step by step that you can give them that would reliably take them to that page.
To find the link, just go in through your own orders (buyer side, not seller side) and -- for something not sold by Amazon -- click on view order details.
That should give you a link to leave seller feedback.
That will take you to a page that has a tab for Completed Feedback. Click that tab and then copy out the URL

Based off of the information you have provided in the title and in your post, I see that you are requesting a feedback removal.
Per the can amazon remove buyer feedback help page, if the feedback contains obscene or profane language or verbiage, has any type of personal information, or the entire feedback is a product review, the feedback will not be removed. A feedback can be striked if the order was fulfilled by amazon or the order was shipped using the buy shipping service.
Does the negative feedback left by the customer meet these requirements?
Contacting a customer about the issue is not a policy violation. However, asking the customer to remove or edit the feedback they left can become a violation. In the help page I provided above, it states " You can request for feedback removal only via Feedback Manager. Contacting our Support teams through ‘Contact Us’, or any other methods to request for feedback removal, other than the Feedback Manager, may lead to account deactivation."
