LISTING DISAPPEARING
Dear Amazon Seller Community,
I write to you with deep concern regarding recent unsettling events on the Amazon platform. It has come to my attention that numerous ASINs are disappearing without warning or justification, leaving sellers like us in a state of confusion and distress.
I, too, have experienced this firsthand. Several of my ASINs, including those listed below, have vanished from the platform without any prior notice or explanation from Amazon:

Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification from Amazon Seller Support, I have been met with silence or vague responses lacking in substance. The absence of transparency and accountability in this matter is deeply concerning and unacceptable.

experienced this recently too.. various trade mark checks.. copy prevention etc happening.. thats good and bad both.. depends.
from my experience, its waste of time except adhering to the same.. i had raised similar things too on a trial risk of around 28 ASINs for couple of month.. nothing happens.. ultimately did whatever policy needs.. and then reactivated

It has happened to me too. Listings have been merged into other parent SKUs, some listings have disappeared and the images of some listings are appearing on other listings causing a lot of confusion. Moreover, the amazon team is not even giving any kind of warnings. If there are copyright problems, sellers should be allowed to file appropriate response and they should be warned in case amazon team is taking any kind of action. But, they are doing whatever they want, leaving sellers confused.
I only came to know about some copyright problem, when I contacted them and after 1.5 hours on the phone, I came to know that there are some issues and they have deleted the listings. When I enquired more about the issues, voila the support team didn't exact knew and gave vague answers.
As usual, they said we are raising a ticket regarding this and then I haven't heard from them.
This is very wrong. Such things should not be allowed on amazon platform. The thing is they just don't care about sellers.

That's absolutely true as they only have the date when it merged nothing else
There are no copyright issue as they are merging the listing not removing it. And the disappearing case is different but similar to it , They only keep us waiting or the call moreover have you got any infringement mail?

Again had a discussion with amazon and still they dont have any response on the same.
