Merchant Fulfilled 4x6 Shipping Labels have smaller font

About two or three weeks ago my shipping labels changed. The font is smaller. Hard to read the name and address. Is there a way I can change the settings back to the way they were. I am not sure what happened. Also my labels also say 'about blank' on them. I never had that before. Something changed but I can not figure it out.

The "about : blank" points to this being an issue with your browser, as Edge displays that when there is no page loaded. Maybe you changed something, or maybe it glitched.

Try clearing your cache; if that doesn't work, you might need to switch to a different browser.

I've not seen this problem, but don't use Edge (I use Chrome; works fine).

This is all assuming that you are not using the Printer Connect or whatever other direct printing program Amazon is pushing currently.

Let us know what you figure out. Might come up for someone else.

Checking in on this - did you clear the cache of your browser (or use a different browser entirely)? If so, did it resolve the "about blank" issue you were seeing?
