I received a Section 3 violation warning. Then, my identity verification was completed by joining the live meeting. I sent the requested documents and information to "inbound-appeals@amazon.com" as instructed. However, I did not receive any response. I last contacted support with the case number "16331203581". but before this meeting, I also met with the case numbers,

in order from newest to oldest.

I can't get any response and my funds are constantly showing as "0". I can't create an MCF Order. I'm losing more and more every day. I can't provide product supply. During that interview, did they ask where you purchase your inventory and/or for invoices?

If so, did you provide invoices that meet their sourcing requirements? From brand approved, B2B only, wholesale distributors?

I provided images and links showing that the products I purchased were authorized sellers, and that the products were the brand I purchased from, in the authorized sellers section of the official websites of the product brands. I also sent bills of lading and related documents showing how I delivered the products to the Amazon warehouse.

You advised on providing invoices, but that you sourced from the "official website" which implies a retail purchase. This is not a valid supplier as these purchases are intended for the end consumer and does not grant authorization to sell their products. All sourcing documentation will need to 100% meet our responsible sourcing requirements.

Can you post your original deactivation notice here so I can look further into the situation and understand what else may have been requested to resolve your situation.
