How to exclude OnTrac from my shipper list? This carrier always show on top
From time to time I purchased OnTrac shipping label by mistake and have to cancel it and rebuy USPS.
I lost thousand of dollars and got some A-Z claims years ago. I dropped some packages in their drop box which I used for a long time. They suddenly abandoned that drop box and stopped picking up packages. A lot of A-Z claims after the Christmas.
Contacted them about the issue asking to return the packages to me. Against my request, they proceeded to deliver the packages to the buyers after one month !!!!

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to help. Unfortunately I don't believe you can exclude a carrier. However you can link Carrier Accounts and this could help.
You can manage your carrier accounts in Buy Shipping preferences. Before linking a carrier account, update the following:
- List your current email address and phone number under Manage your ship-from locations.
- In the Carrier prioritization section, ensure that the carrier for your linked account is listed as one of the prioritized carriers.
- Confirm you have accepted all Buy Shipping terms and conditions, as well as those of your carrier.
