Amazon not providing tracking number for post-card address verification
Hi,
I recently changed our business address and I was told that I would receive a postcard with a code on it.
Unfortunately, there seems to be some sort of glitch on amazon's system as it says the card was delivered yet I have not received it.
I contacted seller support and asked them where the tracking number is. The lady that was assisting us said that there should be a tracking number but it is not showing for some reason and that it was odd.
I called seller support (CASE ID: 13276390111) to give me the tracking number but they are being completely unhelpful as usual.
Support again reiterated that there should be a delivery carrier and tracking ID.

Please see screenshot below, there is no tracking number or carrier information!!!

Please can someone tell me what to do? Amazon is full of glitches lately and support is completely unhelpful.
I do not want to request a new post card because it says I only have 1 chance and I am very concerned that amazon is not actually sending out the cards because there is no tracking information which makes me believe there is some sort of issue.
Thanks

it's not a card, it's a priority mail or UPS envelope

Amazon does not provide a tracking number, they only provide the Dispatched, In Transit, and Delivered info found under your Account Info > Business Address.
Are you sure your address is entered correctly and has the correct suite, apt, or unit # (if applicable)?
The postcard/code is mailed in a large white legal USPS Priority envelope and should be delivered/left in your mailbox. If this is going to your office/business, check with the reception/front desk to see if they have it.
If it has been more than 3 days after it shows delivered and you have not received it, you will have to request another one. Seller Support will not offer you any additional info or advice, they will just tell you to request it again.
According to the screenshot you posted it says you have 3 attempts.
How many times have you requested it?

Hello @Klevly,
Thank you for posting your concerns regarding the address verification portion of INFORM.
I called seller support (CASE ID: 13276390111) to give me the tracking number
Amazon does not provide a tracking number, they only provide the Dispatched, In Transit, and Delivered info found under your Account Info > Business Address.
I wanted to address this first, as @Medic already provided direction on it. As they mentioned we do not provide tracking information aside from what can be found in the business address and phone number section of seller central.
I have also provided your feedback on the information provided to the appropriate groups for additional review.
The screenshot is saying that I have 3 attempts to put in a code, not to request a envelope.
If this is going to your office/business, check with the reception/front desk to see if they have it.
Depending on what the delivery date was, post cards can take 5-7 days to deliver. With that said do you recall what the original estimated delivery date was? Alternatively, if it has exceeded the average delivery time and is still showing delivered, you will need to request a new card to complete verification.
As you had already mentioned confirming the address, please also make sure to follow the advise @Medic provided, and to check with reception or the front desk if it is being delivered to an office or business.
