Amazon Marked My Identity Verification as 'Under Review' — But I Haven’t Even Submitted It!
I have not yet submitted my Canada identity verification application. I only opened a support case to ask some questions and clarify the process before submitting my documents
Unfortunately, after submitting the case, the verification submission was marked as "under review" even though I had never completed or submitted anything.
When I am asking why this is happening via the same case, Amazon's reply is that they can not support because my request was not related to seller identity verification. Really?
