How to solve INFORM Consumers Act--Tax ID Number (In progress)?

In the past wekks I was dealing with the verification items required in the INFORM Consumers Act of my seller's account. Now, there's only one left, Yes, it's the < Tax ID Number (In progress) >

However, this page has basically not changed In the past two weeks, and now it is stuck in a cycle, showing Tax ID Number (In progress) all the time on the page of account information.

Click Tax ID Number to jump to the page of uploading information, even though I have filled in the information, But it seems that this information is not recorded on this page. I don't know whether Amazon has received the tax information I filled in before under this situation.

Fill in the tax information again and click the Submit button to jump to the following page

Now that the deadline is getting closer and closer, if other sellers have solved this problem, can you share the solution to it? This yellow banner has appeared on the homepage of my account for a long time. Yellow is a warning color in a wide range of countries, which makes me really anxious.

I would like to share with you that a few months ago, I went through a complex information verification process even before the INFROM review requirements were introduced. I actually don't mind constantly submitting information for verification as required by Amazon and any regulations, I really hope that I can pass this time as well.

Plz, help me once again.

The Tax portion of your verification is in progress which means that the documentation was submitted successfully, however review times may be delayed. I recommend that you continue to monitor the progress in Seller Central.

We have the same issue!

First it was showing it is in progress and now it is asking us to submit again which I did for couple of times.but nothing is happening and it redirect me to the same page again!

If you have already submitted information that is shown as In Progress, then your account will not be deactivated on June 27. If we need further information from you after June 27, then we will notify you.
