factually false & Misleading Review

A customer just left a false review claiming they lost 40 dollars on the purchase, when in fact they were not only given a full refund, but they were also given a replacement per their request before their review. My product Clear Sight has two seals, an outer ring that is applied in a positive pressure clean lab, to ensure that the bottle is unopened between the lab and delivery, the second is a pressure seal under the tight fit cap sealed by the safety seal, then a third seal on a package each batch certified with a rigorous certificate of analysis ensuring the supplements safety, the product includes in the A+ content that there is a pungent odor that comes from the Papain, a fruit enzyme. This was explained to the customer and after the refund and the replacement the customer sent a message saying "go look at the review I left" giving a one-star review after with the misleading statements saying nothing about the safety seal, but focusing on the pressure seal that is irrelevant to the products safety, then went on to say the product smelled like farm manure then making the false statement that they lost 40 dollars. The customers false statement is defamation and misleading, before the review the customer not only receiving a full refund including shipping but requested a second bottle gaining an over an 80 dollar value. Please someone help!

Technically you could take them to court for defamation, even there, questionable you would win without to proof damages. On Amazon, nobody cares, you might as well move on.

Amazon buyers can say whatever they want as long as they do not use offensive language. With over 1.6 million transactions a day, there has to be about 11,000 reviews left on products. Amazon does not have the time or interests is sorting out problems relating to reviews.

You can report it, but even good luck isn't going to help resolve anything.

As @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIsaid, "Technically you could take them to court for defamation, even there, questionable you would win without to proof damages. On Amazon, nobody cares, you might as well move on."

A few years ago we did just that after 27 negative feedbacks from the same buyer. He no longer can buy on the Amazon site and the feedbacks were removed.
