How to get paid from UPS for Amazon purchased Buy-shipping labels
I purchased shipping labels through Amazon Buy-shipping for a little deduction in the price when compared to the direct purchases through my UPS account
UPS lost the package and I need to be paid for it, claim is also approved by UPS
The Claims payment form shared by UPS shows the Amazon Shipping Account number. If I filled out the form and share the details with them, they will refund to Amazon shipping account but it should not. I have explained it clearly many times with the UPS as we purchased the shipping label through Amazon service but we are the shipper of this package, so the payment needs to be made to our UPS shipping account. UPS keeps on telling me that the claim payment will be processed only to the shipping account number mentioned in the tracking number or else they are asking authorization letter from Amazon. I contacted Amazon Support but they are not even listening to it, they replied simply as they can’t provide it.
Can someone help me how to deal with this and get the payment for it from UPS to my UPS shipping account?

You need the buyer to file an A2Z claim for INR (Item Not Received).

Amazon will never provide you with a letter of authorization and UPS will not issue a refund to you or to your UPS Account because Amazon is the UPS account holder. This is the risk we all take if we do not link our UPS account in with Amazon. UPS states you are covered, but really are not because you cannot make a claim with UPS as a 3rd party seller any more. If you want to be covered with your UPS shipments, you must dump Amazon UPS shipping and use your own UPS shipping account.
