Amazon DELETED my seller central EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER, I cannot login to my seller central account

Amazon DELETED my seller central EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER on my sellers account, I cannot login to my seller central account, and I cannot get anyone to help me FIX (add my email and phone number back to my selling account). This happened since June 18,2023 and all communications I've sent to Amazon never gets me to someone who can help me. I would think Amazon was there to assist the sellers especially when they have made the error. I NEED to get my store back. My store is STILL ACTIVE because I had hundreds of inventory in FBA. However I cannot login to seller central to get a call back, and because I cannot access my seller central, I cannot list FBM nor sell.

Why would Amazon have deleted your email and phone number from your account? Did you by chance close your associated buyer account?

If you can't log in to your seller account, how are you posting here?

No, Amazon can NOT - technically - delete your email and phone number. They cannot modify anything in our seller accounts.

With following form you can contact the technical support. BUT - IF, only IF, this account doesn't belong to you and you want to take over someone else's seller account, the AI will recognize it of course and you are finished with Amazon.
