Trademark misuse (iphone)

Hello,

I am a new Seller on Amazon and I am selling phone accessories such as phone cases and screen protector. I got several violations on my account for using the word "iPhone". It shows AHR (Medium – Repeat violation). When I am listing products I clarify the word "FOR" but I am still getting violations on my listing. I checked another listing on Amazon and they all use the word "iPhone" on their listing but I am not sure why it's showing a violation on my listing.

Here is an example of my listing "OFEEL 3 in 1 Wireless Charging Station, Fast Wireless Charger Stand for (iPhone 15 14 13 12 11 Pro Max XR XS 8 Plus), for Apple Watch 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 SE, for AirPods Pro 3 2 (Adapter Included) (Black)"

Can someone guide me, on how can I resolve this issue?

Based on the thread, I understand that you are getting violation for trademark issue from the word "iPhone" and as you are new seller, I am taking this opportunity to include some help pages below with relation to trademark issue:

As stated in the FAQ about trademarks, you are able to list the brand if it compatible with the product. However, it needs to follow the guidelines:

  • Title format for branded compatible products:

[Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Name] + "for"/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)

  • Title format for generic compatible products:

"Generic" + [Product Name] + "for"/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)

To address these violations, I would strongly recommend for you to review your listing. Perhaps you may wish to add additional detail to further shows the difference that your product is wireless charging stand and not the iPhone itself. This could be added under additional bullet points, images or description that further show the product and its intended use.

If there are any additional questions, continue to refer here for additional guidance.
