automatic order cancellation and amzon charged as cancellation fee

I am writing to express my concern regarding an ongoing issue with order cancellations that has recently affected my seller account. Please find the orders 407-7352598-1177968, 408-3241838-2503535 407-1145353-4469154, 405-4648250-0087519, 405-3036099-3671565, 405-0405787-5465917, 171-5420003-5065151, 171-3382089-3142740. Despite my efforts to manage orders efficiently, I have encountered frequent automatic cancellations due to what appears to be technical issues with the Easy Ship scheduling system.

Here is a summary of the situation:

1. Automatic Order Cancellations: Several orders have been automatically cancelled within 1-2 hours of being assigned to me. I did not initiate these cancellations.

2. Technical Issues: Notifications on the portal indicate issues with Easy Ship scheduling errors due to technical problems. These notifications were removed after a day but did not resolve the underlying issue.

3. Cancellation Charges: I have been charged cancellation fees despite the fact that these cancellations were not initiated by me. I have contacted Amazon Support multiple times, and the issue persists.

4. Account Health Concerns: These cancellations and subsequent charges are impacting my account health, and I am concerned about maintaining a good standing.

i mailing lot but response not helpful, they are not solving my problem instead they are telling orders cancelled by seller, so reimbursement not applicable. please suggest or give support contact to resolve.
