Amazon Seller "support" is the worst I ever dealed with

Complaint ID: 13881008271 , spent a few dozens message and their "support" is still clueless. I just need remove the inventory, Nobody in their "support" spent 1 second to read, keep and repeat many non-seneses 20+ times without reading.

If there is Amazon management ever check the seller forum, you should consider hiring someone locally in Canada or USA, [Mod edit: inappropriate comment]. They didn't do the job, and wasting everybody's time. Amazon charge 20% final fee and sellers, seller deserve better support than we currently get !!!

Update: It's finally resolved in last day of year 2023. I'm not happy but I'm glad it's finally resolved. It must be some Amazon employee who happed see this complain and handled it. Thanks very much !!!
