Could someone please explain to me the date range shown in deliver by Dates?
When i get an order as an FBM seller that has the Deliver by dates with a range ... what am I supposed to meet as far as deliver by dates? For example when the order shows deliver by: Thu, Oct 31, 2024 PDT to Wed, Nov 6, 2024 PST.. Am I supposed to deliver by October 31?
What if for delays caused by the carrier for whatever reasons (carrier fault, weather delays etc..) and the order is delivered say on Nov 5 or 6... is that late?
I have AHT and SSA enabled.

Honestly, this is about as straightforward as anything will ever be on Amazon. They give you a time frame for delivery -- sometime between Thu, Oct 31, 2024 PDT to Wed, Nov 6, 2024 PST.
You have to deliver sometime on or before the end date -- 11/6. If it gets to the buyer at any point before 11/6 you are OK. If it gets to them BEFORE Thu, Oct 31, 2024 PDT the buyer would be thrilled (but still not give positive feedback!)
What don't you understand?

The estimated delivery date (EDD) is the estimated date when the customer is expected to receive the order. We calculate this date based on how long it takes to ship the item (handling time), and how long it remains in transit.
