Amazon charged my credit card $122.53 saying the reason is others, I need to know the order number to justify the charged.

Case ID 12968538581 I open this case since JUNE 6 and nobody in Amazon is responding me, I am asking about a charged to my credit card for no reason just saying others $122.53, I need to know the exact transaction number and explanation for the charged or Amazon should refund my credit card it seems like scam charged, is not correct from amazon just charged in others, please somebody help, This case was open since JUNE 6 and nobody is helping.

Check and make sure it's not related to a Business order. Go to your account payments and select invoiced orders. My guess is there is the same amount there.

Amazon essentially allows Business accounts to buy with 30 days to pay. If that's the case, then you get charged, until the payment comes in.

Do a search for it and also look at the policy.

To be clear, when @A_Charmed_Impression says you will be 'charged' they actually mean that 'Invoiced Orders ' and 'Deferred Transactions' are not included in your disbursements.

They are NOT 'charged' but only are held for a future payment period.

So, were you actually CHARGED on your card or was your payment reduced -- those are two distinctly different things.
