Who should fix what? If you have no proof of delivery just hope the customer will not claim "not received".
Here you are not talking to Amazon, by the way.

Hi there @Seller_A23ZEFfM92K4j,
I hope this finds you well!
I understand you have concerns regarding your valid tracking rate.
As all buyers depend on the accurate tracking information, Amazon also places great importance on this. To calculate valid tracking rate (VTR), we take the number of packages you ship with a valid tracking ID and divide it by the total number of packages you have shipped and confirmed over a 30-day period.
While there has been a reported issue with Purolator tracking, I urge you to look over all orders provided on the report and consider the following questions:
- Did you confirm the shipment via the manage order page and then checked that you have the carrier selected from the drop-down menu?
- Did you utilize a bulk feed in order to confirm all shipments?
- Did you confirm all shipments as soon ass the packages were dropped off with USPS?
- Are all of your packages being shipped on time?
- Do you manually enter the tracking IDs or do you have someone else who does this for you?
I am going to add your information to an investigation I am monitoring on this issue. Please do not hesitate to continue utilizing this thread to ask more questions or provide relevant updates.
All the best,
Stevie.
