Brand Registry - Brand is Not Connected to my Seller Account
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out for help as I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with Brand Registry and my seller account.
My trademark (IGREEN) is officially registered with the USPTO, and I have submitted all the required documentation. However, Amazon keeps telling me that my trademark is not connected to my seller account, but they don’t offer any specific reason, solution, or next steps to fix the issue.
I’ve already:
- Registered my brand through Brand Registry and Amazon IP accelerator
- Submitted multiple appeals with correct and matching documents (Business Registration, Tax ID, and Trademark confirmation)
- Contacted support multiple times, only to receive the same generic template responses
- Been locked out of Brand Registry services for 90 days without resolution
As a result, I can’t access A+ Content, Vine, Brand Analytics, or any brand-exclusive features.
Has anyone experienced this?
How can I get my trademark correctly linked to my seller account?
Is there a team or contact that can actually help resolve this?
Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Escalate your case by requesting to speak with a Brand Registry specialist or supervisor.
Email Amazon’s Brand Registry team directly at brand-registry-support@amazon.com with your case ID, trademark details, and a clear summary.
If still unresolved, consider contacting Seller Support via phone or using social media
