All Vine Claimed but stuck at Pending. Is this normal? (New Seller)
Hey guys,
I enrolled 30 units of my product in Vine, and 2 days ago all 30 units were claimed (over a period of a few hours).
It's been about 48 hours since the units were claimed; now all those vine orders are stuck at "Pending, Awaiting payment verification, Amazon has been unable to obtain authorization for buyer's credit card yet".
This strikes me as unusual, primarily because I didn't think Vine Voices paid for their products...?
Is this something I need to address? Or is this normal and I'm overreacting.

You are overreacting.
It takes forever. Thats why its on pending status right now. No worries. You are good.
You are, also, doing the right thing by enrolling 30 units into VINE and you will have a good experience expanding on your products as the reviews come in.
