Feedback that should be removed!!!
Recently a customer left this feedback, “Fake”.
The customer said that our product is fake just because they are not satisfied with the quality of the product, our product is genuine, otherwise Amazon wouldn't allow us to sell it, we think this is a kind of rumor and defamation, which violates Amazon's policy: the feedback contains slurs, and should be removed.
During the communication process with Amazon customer service, Amazon customer service thinks we don't have a brand name and refuses to help us remove the feedback. However, the product actually has an authorized brand name, please check and verify.
In summary, this malicious feedback should be removed, please help us to remove this feedback, thank you.

This is generally a Sellers Asking Sellers forum. We can not contribute if this should or should not be removed if you do not include the actual feedback that was given.
Be sure to remove any identifying information from what they posted.
And [important] is this seller feedback or product feedback.

My experience over 15 years, on Amazon has shown that product feedback is NEVER removed. Now it may be 99.9% of the time, but that is darn close to never.
By the way, we can't see the feedback with the order number we are just sellers helping sellers. Could be a Amazonian will stop in to help. You could share the feedback with us that may help.

Amazon is no longer an ethical and honorable business partner, though. Amazon has nothing but contempt and hatred for their third party sellers and is refusing to do the right things.
