" Is this just an Alaska problem? "we will email you when we have an estimated delivery date"
I guess this is more of a buyer question than a seller question. In Alaska we are having problems with Amazon orders not shipping? People have many items that were ordered a month ago…the status says “we will email you when we have an estimated delivery date”. Yet if I change the address to Oregon, the order comes next day.
Does anyone know why this is?

My first question would be are those orders fulfilled by AMAZON or are they from FBM sellers?
I have to guess they are FBA since FBM sellers are generally much more responsible than Amazon.
