A customer left a negative feedback on my seller account requesting a call back at 9810019642 and giving one star. I have requested the removal of this feedback since it contains sensitive information (phone number) and is irrelevant to the product or service provided. However, the seller support team has denied my request, stating that they only remove feedback containing personally identifiable information such as email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers. Despite this policy, the feedback remains unresolved.
