Shipping address evaluation issues
So I have an address where the only option is "Amazon Shipping" for $12.77 plus a $7 pickup.
Mind you this is a $19.99 order before selling fees.....
It is a hybrid address with a po box and a physical address. Actually the best kind of shipping address because it can go USPS or any other carrier.
However, Amazon buy shipping has a bug.
Contacting Seller Support wasted 45 minutes to be told not our problem, not a bug, we're always right. I really wish first line support was chatGPT. It would be way more efficient and couldn't possibly hallucinate more.
No way to escalate so someone can actually look at the parsing logic to see why it's failing to properly rate the address with UPS, USPS, and FedEx all of whom would be more competitive than Amazon Shipping (who has 3 trucks a day on my street)

Thank you for sharing that Order ID and filing a case so that our partner team can review the order/shipping details.
I will ask our partner team to review the order details and determine if there is an issue, but if you do not wish to use Amazon Shipping, your best option is to purchase shipping outside of Buy Shipping for that order.
