Valid Tracking - LTL - RnL
Hi everyone,
Question for all you out there that use LTL for a shipping method. I have noticed all our RnL orders have hit our VTR and not a valid tracking. I think its because we are uploading them incorrectly. Just wanted to see if anyone knew the proper way to do this?
When uploading we select R+L as the carrier. The shipping Service is grayed out and only free form so we type "Freight". Then in the Tracking ID we put in the the nine digit PRO number.
I feel like its the free form box or the pro number that is making these hit the VTR. Does it have to have the "I" in front of the PRO number? IDK. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

That said, are you still facing the issue and if so have you opened any cases with Support regarding the metrics impact?
