FULL REFUND FOR SUBSCRIPTION RE: AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT
Amazon has been charging me $39.99 / Month for the past 15 months for this account. I realize that I am the one that opened the account, but I thought that I opened the free account and not the one with fees for subscription. It's my own fault for not catching it sooner. I followed the procedure to request a refund, but I simply received a reply that my request was declined. I finally was able to speak to an actual person and she said all decisions regarding this matter are final! I have never sold anything and no transactions took place. This is set up so they can be the attorney and the judge. Bottom line: Amazon owes me $599.85 and I'm not going away until this is resolved. If anyone has thoughts on how to get this taken care of quickly, I would appreciate it.

Wish we could get them to refund our $39.99 a month for 12+ years for violating and ignoring their own Amazon Policies every single month...

Unfortunately you did not downgrade your seller account from "professionnal" to "individual" (free) selling plan. YOU should have done this. If in the meantime you still didn't do: do it immediately.
If you didn't use ANY of Amazon's service they should refund you SOME months. Certainly they have a specific limit of how many months this will be. Create a case under help and ask in a short and precise way a refund.
