It's been 6 months after my account suspension because of product authenticity suspicion. I really did everything in order to reactivate my account and there is no success. I spend hours, days, weeks, months to learn the policies, to write an appeals, to learn the problem and how to solve it. I sacrifice so much to have a business on Amazon. I did everything to be a good seller on Amazon.
In return, I see from Amazon that not reasonable actions and not cooperative attitude.
Let me give you information about my situation:
My account is suspended on 26.09.2024 because of an item which I sold in February 2024. I was runnig drıpshipping business model and I purchased every item I sold from the brand's store on amazon.com. The brand is "ARMRA" and the seller is "-ARMRA-" . The item is "10K+ bought in past month" and I purchased this item from this seller.
So, how could account health associates does not accept the amazon.com invoice as a proof of authenticity? Is it really reasonable?
I know that dropshipping business model which I did is allowed by Amazon Policies. I know purchasing from amazon.com is allowed by Amazon Policies.
However there are some grey and contradictory areas in different policies which cause my account being kept suspended.
For example while Amazon asks invoice which should contain information about seller (phone number, address, website), Amazon also accept amazon.com invoice which does not contains these informations.
another example, while Amazon knows there are a lot of people who does this business model (sell first in different country like amazon.com.mx or amazon.ca and buy later from amazon.com without purchasing in advance and keeping stock) and allows this business model, there are some tiny items in a few policies that we should purchase items before we list them.
While Amazon allow this business model with a policy, they could suspend your account by using a different policy.
And they don't explain why they don't accept the invoice as a proof of authenticity. they say it is because of "privacy reasons"
If seller did a mistake -which I did not in this case- and Amazon don't tell the seller how to correct it, Who will tell the right thing to do.
Seller support does not support sellers at all!!!
These are not all but some issues which is not reasonable at all.
I know a lot of people which do exactly same business model like me and got their account is suspended for the reason same as me and they get their account reactivated. I also know a lot of people who can't reactivate their account. WHY??
It seems Amazon using it's power to do as they want without any explanation. It seems if you are lucky, your account may be reactivated no matter what you do. They don't have to explain anything but I could expect from a company like Amazon to be more transparent, cooperative and constructive.
I did not expect from Amazon to be a marketplace who puts their sellers in a hard situation for no reason.

To whom it may concern in Amazon Team;
As a decent seller I did more than everything in order to be a good and cooperative seller before and after my account suspension.
I asked for Amazon team help in every way I can. And I behaved very good and kind.
I made lots of research about amazon and it's policies.
I DID NOTHING WRONG.
However,
Whenever I complain about your shortcomings and lack of help, the related team bullied me instead of helping me.
For example when I could not get your help before even if I kindly asked from you a couple times, You restricted call me option and you said you act against policies by creating several cases. I did not want to cause any trouble, I just wanted to get help.
Now, Because I wrote the truth about your way of action in questionable areas, you suspend my account's europe side by linking to my mexico side instead of replying me here or instead of helping me.
Again, I DID NOTHING WRONG TO GET MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED AND I DID EVERYTHING IN ORDER TO REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
After I post this message you will probably block me from signing in my account. Or maybe, you will deleted my post as well. It is so frustrating that sellers could not take into serious and give a decent reply by Amazon Teams.
I posted on the forum, made calls, and created cases many times to reach an Amazon employee who had a conscience and did their job properly in order to get a decent help for 6 months. But I have not been taken into serious and could not get a decent reply.
I don't care what is going to happen to my account from now on. You already cause me lots of troubles for 6 months by not helping me and you already suspended my all accounts. I will tell the truth. I relied on Amazon that if I don't do something wrong, I could keep selling on Amazon. I could establish a good business on Amazon. I quit my job. I got married and I moved another country to be digital nomad. But you leave me in very bad situation by not reactivating my account even if I sold authentic item.
I was a dropshipper by purchasing every item from amazon.com and send them to my customers by using third party fulfillment centers. I purchased every item from amazon.com and you suspended my account for authenticity suspicion and you did not accept amazon.com invoice. The seller in the invoice is Brand's Store.
I DID NOT SELL INAUTHENTIC PRODUCTS ON MY ACCOUNT.
The problem is, You are using dropshippers like me as pawns in order to expand your sales on Amazon in other countries. And you may suspend those accounts without any rigid reason. You may bully those accounts like you did on my account. This is so frustrating. THIS IS NOT FAIR.

I'm asking you because on Wednesday, March 2, 2025, they're going to have a CONECTA event. I don't know if everyone will be there, but only a portion of the seller support staff will be there. There will also be other people you can approach.
After all of what you've done, it would be reasonable for them to at least give you an explanation as to why they haven't reactivated your account.
The situation is different in each case. Sometimes, there are issues with theft and scams. You also have to deal with poorly designed policies that haven't been corrected for, I suppose, nine years now, in the case of Mexico.
Many sellers suffer from theft, scams, and, as if that weren't enough, what you're describing could happen to us at any moment.
I'd imagine that at these types of events, we as sellers would get together and go as a group to report all the cases we've experienced and could suffer in future sales, or the unjustified suspensions. I think that's how it would be, and see what they tell us in person and face to face, since they only treat us the way they want through digital means.
The event is in Mexico City, since in my case, I sell on amazon.mx.
But I think the reality is different. I don't know why we don't get together and report this multi-million dollar company. At least as a group, they wouldn't treat us like just another object in their vast empire.
I don't think we dare; I don't know the personal reasons of each of us, but it would be good to go and report.
