How to manage replacement orders?
The following instance has happened to our seller account multiple times and we need help to figure out correct way of setting up replacement orders.
Whenever a customer asks for a replacement, the original order is refunded as they are returning the product and the new replacement order is created for INR 0. This essentially means we sent the first product that we received back for 0 INR which is fine but then we sent an additional product as replacement for free again and this is kept by the buyer.
We don't want to keep sending products for free. Tried contacting seller support and they said file a safe- T claim. We don't want to keep filing Safe-T claims for every such scenario as many times Safe-T claim doesn't issue full reimbursement and we are still in loss.
Please guide us on how to correctly set it up.
