iam very tensed with the amazon glitch that all order are cancelling before it's ship date.

And costumer care saying it's cancelled by seller bit iam not cancelled ever.

This same thing happening with me last 3-4 months.

Timely I turn on the vacation mode due to this problem.

And when I turn off vacation mode still the same thing starts.

As follows I facing now -8000 ₹ in my account.

amazon team not helping me and only blaming on me.

I have raised 10-12 Cases but no results no solution.

If someone can fix it pls help me
