I'm not sure i understand why to let me do all the efforts
Hello,
Few years ago i opened a seller account and the first and only product i tried to sell was drop shipping
Back than i wasn't aware of Amazon Policy subtleties and didnt know i'm causing a violation
Few years later, after reading carefully and understanding deeply all Amazon policy and make sure my activity is fully compliant, i connected to Amazon to reactivate my account to fulfill my dream and create my own private label.
At first, Amazon told me that i should provide documents from my new legit supplier as an evidence.
I was very excited and put a lot of effort, time and money to find a legit manufacture and produce my new products.
When it was finalized and the products were ready to be sold i provided all documents as Amazon requested.
Once i did it Amazon came with a new requirement - to provide documents for the product i tried to sell years ago and got violation for that.
Please explain:
A. I 'm not sure i understand why did you let me do all the efforts and spending money for new product and supplier?
B. As i explained in the POA, i'm fully understand the violation and there is no concern for any future violation.
Please advice how can i sell my products which i already produced and still paying for storage?

If you didn't address the violation properly at first, they have every right to ask, whenever they want, for that information. They just want your money, they really don't care about what they make you go through or how much money you invest without realizing you may have to re-hash the prior violation.

You are right. This was complete useless work for you. They didn't tell you that from the beginning.
Although, if you had READ this forum before, you would have known that Amazon ALWAYS requires to address any OLD violation. It can be 7 years or 10 years back, the AI never forgets and will NOT let you do a restart without having resolved the OLD violations.
So, just let it be and try on Ebay. There is no hope that Amazon will reinstate your account.
