Post the ASIN so we can see if there are any glaring, obvious problems that would cause something to not sell.
Without that you might as well ask 'what time is it' and get answers from 12 time zones.

To build off of the great advice already given by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, I would definitely think about how you can be more effective with your search terms. You have great potential search terms in your product title, but maybe consider reserving the title for the specifics on the product itself and utilize the “generic_keywords” or “search terms” field to input those high impact terms.
It's important to consider keywords when thinking about your bullet points and product description as well. All of that will help feed into your organic search.
In addition to the resources linked above, take a look at the help pages below. A high quality detail page is key. You have to remember that your customers don't have the product in front of them. What gaps need to be filled in for them if they're considering a purchase?
