FBA Damaged During Transit - Reimbursement
We have a lot of refunds and reason is always damaged during transit . Im using FBA so Amazon sending my products to customer. So If some product returned by reason damaged during transit Amazon need to get responsibility. Because we are using Amazon carrier. Im not using another carrier service or Im not carrying products myself. Im paying a lot money for FBA and you guys damaging my products when its transit to customer. Why Im paying money for this ? If you guys damaging my products you need to pay this. When we opened new case always getting same answers like please read policy. I read that and Amazon need to pay this reimbursements. Can some one help us ?

I am sorry for your situation. However, the answer provided by @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBYis correct. You may want to reconsider use of FBA if you do not agree with the policy as it is written.
