Export FBM Orders w/ Delivery Status?

Is there a report that shows seller-fulfilled orders with delivery status?

I want to be able to identify any orders which have been shipped but not scanned by the carrier - and are running late. The "On-Time Delivery Rate" report under Shipping Performance only goes back 14 days. I would like to go back at least 30 days to identify order lost in shipment / not scanned.

Not sure, but you should make it a habit to start tracking those daily to see what you can catch before it's too late.

I'd be happy to jump in here and assist! You can find this information in a few places:

  1. Shipping Queue Report (Reports > Fulfillment > All Orders): Download this report and filter by ship date (Shows tracking numbers and delivery status and can go back 30+ days)
  2. Order Reports (Reports > Fulfillment > All Orders): Select "Unshipped and Shipped Orders" report type. This contains tracking info and shipping dates and can be pulled for custom date ranges beyond 30 days

Pro tip: Use the "Order Status" field in these reports to identify shipments marked as "Shipped" but haven't shown carrier scans. You can cross-reference the tracking numbers directly on carrier websites for the most current status.

For analyzing late deliveries specifically, you may want to:

  1. Download the Order Report for your desired date range
  2. Filter for "Shipped" status
  3. Look for orders where the shipping date is older than expected delivery window, and there are no carrier scans showing in tracking history

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need any clarification on pulling these reports.
