Can't Sign Up for Amazon Ads in US

We are new to Amazon Seller Central and have one active ASIN . We have reached a roadblock that Amazon doesn't seem to be able to fix. Our product is selling in the US, but when we go to Amazon Ads and click on Create Your Campaign, we get a spinning cursor that never ends. For three days, for hundreds of attempts, we get an endless spinning cursor.

It seems that we are not authorized to buy ads. I do not know why.

Amazon Help can't figure out how to solve this problem. One customer service person said she thought we could not get past this roadblock because there is no Amazon Buyer account set up using the same email address as is listed for our Amazon Seller Central account. I have no idea if that is true.

Honestly, if we cannot solve this problem, we cannot buy PPC ads. If we can't buy ads, we cannot run a professional Amazon Sellers business and we will be forced to pursue other non-Amazon selling options.

Is there a way to contact and work with an Amazon employee who can troubleshoot and fix problems like this? Going through the regular "customer service" options isn't working.

We are experiencing the exact same issue with Amazon Seller Central. For days, we've been unable to create an ad campaign due to an endless spinning cursor when we click "Create Your Campaign." Despite numerous attempts and contacting Amazon Help multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. This issue is severely impacting our ability to run a professional Amazon Sellers business, as we cannot buy PPC ads without resolving this problem.

We urge Amazon to take this matter seriously and provide a dedicated troubleshooting team to help sellers like us overcome such roadblocks.

Without a solution, we are left with no choice but to consider other selling options outside of Amazon. We need Amazon to investigate and address this issue promptly for the benefit of all sellers facing the same problem.
