Account under review but not under review...?

There is no email from Amazon stating I'm under review. There is no performance notification that states I'm under review but under account health if I scroll to the bottom it states

"Payment Policy

Funds are held while your account is under review. Learn more."

So am I under review or not? and why didn't I get a notification or email about this. I feel like I'm stuck in limbo...

and per usual support doesn't see my account is in review as well. Very odd for this to randomly happen with no violations or anything of that nature.

Look on your Account Information page and see if you have the "Start Verification" link button.

If you do, you will need to provide the following information to complete your verification:

  • Information about your business;
  • Information about your identity;
  • A government-issued photo ID;
  • A bank account or credit card statement;
  • A business license, if applicable.

Several of us have had to re-verify our 10+ year old accounts recently.

The email for this would have been in your email client (where you read your regular emails outside of the Amazon system).
