Account Health - Call Me Now button is not Working

We've been unable to connect with an Account Health Specialist despite trying various phones, browsers, and other methods. Each time, the call shows as 'Calling' briefly before switching to 'Phone call ended,' without us ever receiving it.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?

I understand you're having an issue with not receiving calls from the support team. Have you checked if you have any spam blocking or call screening features enabled on your phone or through your service provider? Sometimes those can prevent certain calls from coming through, even if the support team is dialing your number. I'd recommend looking into any spam blocker or call filtering settings you may have and making sure they are not blocking the support team's calls.

Also, Could you please provide me with a Seller Support case ID so I can look into this further for you? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can help resolve the issue.
