Please help me open a video authentication channel for myinformation.

I am writing to appeal the recent Sales Policy Performance Notice I received regarding "Seller Account Deactivation". I would like to have my Amazon account verified through a video audit for the following reasons:

1. My Amazon account has never violated any of Amazon's policies since I registered it in February 2023, so I believe that there is a possibility that the account audit was conducted in error.

2. In the performance notification email, it mentions "Unable to verify seller account information, or did not receive new information about sales history." I wanted a video audit to prove the authenticity of the company information and to show the authenticity of the products we sell and actively run our Amazon store.

3. I submitted the required complaint materials twice but still failed, and the long waiting time for reviewing the materials caused our company's business to be affected, I would like to verify my Amazon account more efficiently by means of a video audit, and I have uploaded all the complaint materials to the attached file. All the provided all complaint materials are genuine, if there is any doubt about the authenticity of the provided materials, I can go to a notary public to fair any of the complaint materials.
