Declined my subscription fee refund due to ''. Your request has been declined because you have used your professional selling tools and benefits.''

Hello there,

I, unfortunately, have some trouble with the refund of my subscription fee for my on-vacation account despite not using it for 4 months.

I e-mailed Amazon at least several times however their response was all the same ''We understand that you are requesting a subscription fee refund. Your request has been declined because you have used your professional selling tools and benefits.''

However I can assure you that I did not list or synchronize any of the products, nor did I make any changes to my account settings. In fact, I did not even click on the Amazon Seller button on my browser too.

I am truly writing to express my frustration and boredom with the lack of progress on my request. I have been tirelessly trying to resolve this issue, but all I have received so far are automated responses.

Can anyone on the Amazon team help me out and solve my problem, I will be so appreciated it.

you get a refund for 3 months worth of fees if you have NOT USED ANY SERVICE. If you have joined or created even a single listing, you used the service. Being in vacation mode doesn't exempt you from fees.

The Artificial Intelligence is registering every move you do. If the bots say that you used "professional selling tools and benefits'' it is like this and if needed Amazon can prove it.

Don't waste your time with this. If you did not yet downgrade your account in order to avoid FUTURE monthly fees, do it now. Even if you want to begin selling, do it to save fees and later change to professional as soon as you sell more than 40 units per month.

you keep saying "activated".....this isn't about activating anything. If you ever looked at your inventory and saw a single listing, even with 0 quantity, you have used the service.
