I recently received an email from Amazon stating that the Order Defect Rate (ODR) impact on my account for order #: 702-2529812-7274620 has been reversed. However, when I check the A-to-z Guarantee Claims section in Amazon Seller Central, it still shows "Order Defect Rate (ODR) impacted: Yes" for this order.
Could you please confirm whether this A-to-Z claim will impact my ODR or not? The conflicting information is quite confusing, and I would appreciate any clarification you can provide. Thanks!

Hey @Seller_NaKFXKONb3s5D,
From my end it does seem the claim was reversed in the buyer's favor but don't see any change regarding the performance metrics under your account.
Could you please share the initial case ID in which you escalated this?
This is an easy fix so I can pass that information to the appeals team and reversed the ODR metric.
Will await confirmation on this.
