Parent product hijacked despite brand being registered with Amazon
Our parent product has been hijacked and its title was changed by the hijacker to a completely different one (i.e. different product), even though our brand is registered with Amazon, which supposedly should protect us against bad actor actions like this one.
The product detail pages of the respective child products/product variations are still being displayed correctly on Amazon.com with the right title, product information and photos, despite their parent having been hijacked. However, now we cannot create a new child/product variation under this parent anymore, as we get the error message: "You need approval to list in this brand. Collectible, Refurbished, Used conditions. You cannot list the product in this condition.", which does not make sense because this is our brand, we are the only ones selling under this brand on Amazon, and we only sell new products (no collectible, refurbished or used products).
I have already reached out to Seller Support multiple times, but they haven't been helpful. What do you think is the best course of action to recover ownership of our parent product?
Many thanks!

Hey @Seller_QuKdQjczptMwe, stepping in here to see if I can help. Do you have case numbers available for me to look into and have you already gone through Brand Registry for assistance?

I just signed up and figured I will let other sellers who have been dealing with the same issue I have and mentioned it on this forum know so we can all give Amazon earful and hopefully contribute to eliminating this detrimental activity from Amazon platform.
