I am the Brand Owner but can't update the listing
I've been working on updating the color attribute for an ASIN B0CHDJWF12 & B0C2N3XGHR.
It is so frustrating. These are our own products, we have the US Trademark granted and the Brand Registry on Amazon. We manufacture them ourselves and are the only sellers. We even created the listing in the Amazon catalog (the ASIN).
However somehow the have become attributed to another 'brand representative' and we can't make changes. I was even provided the other merchant token which is ARVG4OJWPTTP3 (which is our Merchant Token in Australia!). Yet I still can't edit it. We don't even sell the product in Australia!
This has been going on for 2 months. Each time I get the same response - it has been passed on to the Brand Representative - yet nothing is coming to us.
How can this be resolved?
