Store deactivated due to hiring fiverr VA

Hi,

I haven't even started selling yet and Amazon has deactivated due to multiple accounts. I only have one stroe. I hired someone to setup my store on Amazon. he deosn't work for me, i have appealed multiple times but they won't activate my store. They keep on telling me that I didn't appeal properly. Please help. Thank you.

As you've mentioned, you hired someone to set up your account, thus they were shortly employed by you or the business to create the store. Do you have any support documentation, contracts, or proof of services rendered along with proof of payment that reflects this employment?

Typically, when it comes to a multiple account policy violation, we will ask for supporting documentation that explains the identified connection to another store or individual, along with proof of separation. The original notification will commonly ask for contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership or other similar documentation, keep in mind this is not an exhaustive list of accepted documents.

If the documentation does not exist or cannot be verified, we will require the associated store to first be reinstated, as this would be the only solution to show proof that you're not associated to a deactivated store.

Additionally, it is strongly discouraged to attempt creating a new account as it will only compound the issue when the new account is also deactivated.

I am also providing some resources found in seller university on how to address a multiple account policy violation to help support your efforts in reactivating the account.
