Buy Box Loss
I have a question for all amazon sellers,
I am seeing a lot of sellers saying they lost their Buy Box, and most have an ODR rate under 1%. I was wondering if this was a new amazon policy to force FBM sellers to go to FBA?
I have a large purchase on hold at the moment (100k plus), and i just want to know if my Buy Box will be reinstated in the future or is this a permanent thing.
I I have been selling on amazon for over 5 years and sell thousands of items per year.

No, it's not. It just mean another seller has gotten the buy box.

Most of the sellers that are having loss of the buy button is a result of the affects of the Canada Post strike. Everyone's ODR went well above 1% due to all of the negative feedback and A-to-z claims.
A few weeks ago, Amazon seemed to have fixed everyone's metrics and brought the ODR below 1%, but the buy button never returned. This is either a glitch, or, it could be that the 60 day window is still calculating orders where negative feedback and claims were received, because even though the ODR is below 1%, they claims are still showing the seller is at fault, so that might be why the buy button hasn't returned.
My guess is that once the 60 day window advances past the last order that had issues due to the strike, the buy button should hopefully be restored.

Unfortunately, many sellers experience the problem you are experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no manual solution for this. Instead, it seems that complying with the rules in Amazon's seller policies and competing in accordance with the policies will allow you to win BuyBox back. Make an effort to drive traffic to your store for the products you sell. In the worst case, it will come back after a 60-day period. Unfortunately, Canada Post's strike has disappointed many sellers. Other than that, we have no choice but to wait for Amazon.

I am facing the same issue. ODR %0, there is no problem on my account.
All the prices are lower than competitors, shipping times are shorter etc.
There is a glitch, Amazon not solving this problem. There is nothing to do, we are waiting and losing money. That's it.

My store is also facing this issue. No ODR problems however the only thing that has changed has been 2 or 3 one star reviews due to the Canada Post strike.
Why aren't the Admins helping on this. I have tagged multiple admins on different posts regarding this.
Amazon is also losing money with this issue. Absolutely ridiculous.
