meaningless and unresolvable suspend
I am writing because I feel that I have been wronged regarding the suspension of my Amazon seller account (Seller Token: A2AO5BQZFPCF1V) and despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I continue to receive automated responses that do not address my specific situation.
The issue stems from a request for invoices issued within the last 365 days. However, my products (ASIN: B005I5M2F8) were last shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers on March 24, 2023, 535 days ago. Since no further inventory was shipped after that date, I cannot provide invoices for the last 365 days. I did everything by the book, but I am being penalized for something beyond my control.
Also my company
Fedmar Madencilik İnşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi changed its name to Miada LLC and all necessary legal steps were taken. I sent valid invoices reflecting this, but they were rejected because they did not meet the 365 days requirement.
I have always adhered to Amazon's policies and have never engaged in any activity that violates them. This situation seems completely unreasonable and has caused a significant disruption to my business. I have been working as a seller for a long time and I am unable to do business because of this problem.
I don't know how to solve this problem without further help.
